Salesbroom follows the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. This standard provides specific requirements intended to bring information security under explicit management control. Because we use a variety of industry-leading security mechanisms, our Data Operation Center meets additional important information security standards including HIPAA and PCI.
Working with Your CRM Software
Most customer relationship management (CRM) software is designed to be shared by teams of employees who have various roles and levels of access to company information.
Because of this “compartmentalized” design, CRM’s come with built-in access control account settings. Since your Salesbroom human data admin team works for you like a remote (virtual) employee, we’ll login and work with your CRM or related software as directed by you and using the account permissions you provide us.
Keeping Your Data Private
Salesbroom understands the critical importance of data security. We implement specific requirements intended to bring information security under explicit management control including procedures that:
- Systematically examine our information security risks, taking account of the threats, vulnerabilities and impacts
- Implement a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security controls and/or other forms of risk treatment (such as risk avoidance or risk transfer) to address those risks that are deemed unacceptable
- Support our overarching management process to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet our information security needs on an ongoing basis.
